  • We may be small, but we are mighty! Our business is a family business. We work personally with each and every owner and guest. It is what makes us different and instills confidence and trust with all of our wonderful owners.

  • Book an appointment with us for your free consultation! Emalie and Brain will personally walk you through our services, see if your home is a fit, and discuss your personalized management fee. If you decide to move forward at that point, we will request access to the property to do an initial inspection, clean, and professionally photograph your space. We always aim to have a property listed as soon as possible.

  • Yes! We can do one or both. If you already have a designer for your rental or it is pre-furnished and you are only looking for management, look no further! Or if you would like someone to furnish but manage the property yourself, we are happy to provide that service by itself.

  • We charge anywhere between 15%-25% depending on the location and size of the property. This is significantly lower than the larger property management companies in the country.

  • We estimate that it takes 4-6 weeks from start to finish. We do not charge our fee until we have the property completely set up. We don’t make money until you make money! We are always very incentivized to get a property up and running on the platforms to accept bookings.

  • Prices vary depending on the size and circumstances of the properties. Some factors include: how large/small the property is, if it is partially furnished already, if all you need is extra popular amenities, or you need a full furnishing with white glove service. White glove service includes accepting all deliveries, unpacking, assembly, and disposal of boxes. Depending on which “tier” you are in, that will determine the price of furnishing and the price of our service. Our estimates for pricing run from $8,000-$35,000 depending on which tier of service you are requiring.
