Our Process

  • What you can expect during the call: Where do you live? What is the size and type of your home?  What services are you looking for (Management, Design, or both)?  We want to know what plans you have for the property and if you'd like to make changes.  We not only want to get to know your property but also you!  

  • After discussing your property in length, we will schedule a time for one of our team members to visit your home. 

    What you can expect during the home visit:  We'll take a list of inventory, what you have and what we recommend you get.  We want to get to know your property, the ins and outs and quirks that make it unique but also help us to give guests details that may be important.  We will take photos as reference for our own records.

  • Once we have agreed on the start date and logistics, we draft your contract. After you sign on the dotted line, we start doing the work for you!

  • 1. Check local laws and apply for any necessary permits

    2. Get your home ready for rent!  Stocking what is necessary, adding amenities, checking the functionality of the home, setting up cleaners and maintenance

    3.  Take professional grade photos of your property for listing!

    4.  List your property across platforms that are available within your city (ie AirBnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia)

    5.  Set up your property on our pricing and synching software giving you an Owner's access to see your properties calendar and financial information

    6.  Sit back, relax, and let us handle the rest. So you start making money!

  • 1.  Phone call to discuss design ideas, home details, and budget

    2.  An at home visit to take measurements and photos of the inside and outside of your property

    3.  We will start the ordering process!  Mostly we use Wayfair Business but work with other furnishing resources as well.

    4.  Estimation of 4-6 weeks to receive orders and set up the home 

    5.  Our white glove service will build and install every piece that arrives!  We will haul away the boxes and recycling.

    6.  Professional photographs will be taken to include in your listing
